Stitch is a wardrobe and outfit app. This policy describes what data Stitch collects, how it is used, and how to delete it. The short version: your data is used to run the app for you, it is never sold, and there are no ads or cross-app tracking.
To identify garments in your photos and to generate outfit previews, your photos and garment data are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, or Google if you connect it). These requests use commercial APIs whose terms do not permit training on your data. Stitch does not train models on your closet.
If you opt in to calendar-aware suggestions, your calendar is read on your device only. Event titles, notes, attendees, and locations never leave your phone. The only thing Stitch's server may receive is a coarse category (such as "work" or "social") and time block, which is deleted within 24 hours. Revoking calendar access in settings deletes any held blocks immediately.
Weather suggestions work at city level. If you use "use my location", the coordinate is converted to a city name on your device and immediately discarded — precise coordinates are never stored and never sent to the server.
The Shop section shows publicly available marketplace listings (such as eBay, Grailed, and Poshmark). These are public product listings, not personal data, and Stitch is not affiliated with those marketplaces.
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → delete account); this permanently removes your account, wardrobe, photos, and all associated data from Stitch's server. You can also export your data from the same screen.
All traffic between the app and the server uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
Stitch is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above will change and the app will point to the updated version. Questions or requests: support@stitchapp.xyz.
