By using Stitch you agree to these terms. On iOS, Apple's standard licensed application EULA also applies.
Stitch is a wardrobe app: it digitises your clothes, suggests outfits, generates outfit previews, and surfaces public resale listings. Features may change as the app develops.
You are responsible for your account and for the content you upload. Upload only photos you have the right to use. You may delete your account at any time in the app, which removes your data permanently.
Some features require a paid membership, purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
Optionally, you may connect your own AI provider API key instead of subscribing. Your agreement with that provider (including its charges) is between you and the provider; keep your key confidential and disconnect it in Stitch settings to remove it.
Resale listings shown in Stitch come from public marketplace sources. Stitch is not a party to any purchase you make on those marketplaces, does not guarantee listing accuracy or availability, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to breach security, scrape other users' data, upload unlawful content, or use the app to infringe others' rights.
Stitch is provided "as is" without warranties. Outfit suggestions and AI-generated previews are approximations, not promises of appearance or fit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stitch's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Stitch and delete your account at any time.
